Each category can be produced as private label, with your own branding on Alay's manufacturing, or fully custom, built around your specification sheet from fabric to fit.
UK gyms and studios most often start with leggings, hoodies and tracksuits for their own branded ranges. UK retailers and wholesalers typically start with a co-created capsule across two or three categories before expanding the range.
Minimum Order Quantities and Pricing
The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style for most buyers, covering brands, gyms, corporate and event orders, and clubs and school teams. Retailers, wholesalers and international bulk buyers, which covers most UK trade accounts, work on a 100-piece per style minimum instead. Mixed sizes within a style count toward that number.
That baseline applies uniformly across the catalog. Special decoration techniques or specific colour requirements can shift the minimum for a particular order, confirmed at quotation stage.

Customization and Private Label Options
Decoration methods include screen printing up to eight colours, full-panel sublimation for all-over prints, embroidery and 3D embroidery for logos and crests, DTF and heat transfer for photo-quality graphics, and silicone, puff or reflective prints for a premium finish.
Private label services cover woven and printed neck labels, hang tags and size stickers, polybags and custom mailer packaging, and barcoding or carton marking, built so UK retail or wholesale accounts receive stock ready to sell straight off the pallet.
How Wholesale Ordering Works

Quote (within 48 hours): itemised pricing by fabric, decoration and quantity tier, no hidden costs added later.
Sampling (7 to 14 days): a physical pre-production sample is shipped to the UK for fit, fabric and print approval.
Production (4 to 6 weeks, up to 8 for heavier customization): cutting, stitching, decoration and finishing in-house once you approve the sample in writing.
Quality check: piece-by-piece inspection against the approved sample before the order leaves the factory.
Delivery: packed to your specification and shipped to the UK
Shipping to the UK, Customs and Payment Terms
Orders ship to the UK by DHL or FedEx air freight, arriving in 3 to 7 days, or by sea freight on an FOB Karachi basis for larger volume orders. Commercial invoices and export documentation are prepared in-house as part of the shipping process.
UK import VAT and any applicable customs duty are the buyer's responsibility on arrival and are not included in Alay's quoted price. Build this into your landed-cost calculation before placing a bulk order.
Payment follows a 50/50 structure: half the order value as a deposit to begin production, the remaining half due before shipping. Bank transfer, wire transfer and local transfer are all accepted
