All products purchased from ALAY can be exchanged within seven days of purchase provided that:
- The product(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) does not match the original specifications/description or is not the same as you had actually purchased.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling at 03000992529 in order to raise the dispute. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item in the allotted time. At ALAY we strive to be fair to both parties and take disputes very seriously.
- Replacement will be sent in case of defected/faulty/damaged item.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Actual delivery charges (as mentioned on the website) will be charged in case of refund.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- An Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use or mishandling by customer.
- The product has been tampered.
