How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping time is 2-3 days. It may take up to 7 days during sale season.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder). Send your order number to our WhatsApp number 0300 0992529 and you will be updated on the order status.

What are the available payment options?
We have 3 payment options

What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery on all orders of Rs 2500 and above.
Rs 200 delivery charges for orders below Rs 2500.


Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Products purchased from ALAY can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:

  1. The product(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The product(s) does not match the order placed by the customer. 

You are required to notify Alay within 7 days of delivery by filling in the Exchange &   Refund Form available inside your order package and send it back to us at our address

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a text message that will contain the tracking information.

How do I decide the best size for me?
We have size charts available for all products on our website (on each individual product page) to assist you in choosing the ideal size . Generally, our sizes are standard. However, the oversized items are specified with the product. All size charts under each product are in inches.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all cities in Pakistan.

What should I do if the items I am looking to purchase are out of stock?
We recommend you follow our social media accounts (username: alaydotco on facebook and Instagram) for all updates regarding restocks. However, we try our best to ensure all items are restocked quickly for our valued customers.
